User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and "Dude, just go!" ("Company" or "we") governing your access to and use of dudejustgo.com ("Service").
Use of Service
The Service is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
The Service may contain links to other websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services.
Data Collection and Use
The Service uses Google Analytics, AdCash, and Facebook Pixel to collect information about your use of the Service. This information may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time of access, pages visited, and other usage data.
The Service also stores search information, but no personal details. The data collected will be used to improve the Service, personalize your experience, and for advertising and affiliate marketing purposes.
By accessing and using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of this information as described in this Agreement and the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
Advertising and Affiliate Marketing
The Service uses advertising and affiliate marketing to support the operation and maintenance of the Service. This may include displaying advertisements, promoting products or services, and earning commissions from affiliate partnerships.
The Service may also use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing behavior and use of the Service for advertising and affiliate marketing purposes.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
This Agreement permits you to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as follows:
- Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
- You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
- You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
If we provide desktop, mobile, or other applications for download, you may download a single copy to your computer or mobile device solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you agree to be bound by our end-user license agreement for such applications.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPANY MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPANY REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.
Limitation on Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of this Agreement or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in this Agreement.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Missouri or any other jurisdiction).
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Boone County, Missouri. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Service and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
The Company may assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time without notice to you. You may not assign this Agreement or transfer any rights to use the Service.
The headings and captions in this Agreement are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.
